Ringtail Gear is a small shop — the person who cuts and sews the bags is the same one who reads this form. That means replies are personal, and it means they come in batches: most get an answer within one business day, Monday through Friday.

Most orders are packed and out the door within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes another 4–7 after that depending on where you are. If yours is running longer than that, say the word and we'll chase it down.
Not yet — we're US-only for the moment. We'd like to open it up, and the email list is where you'll hear about it first when we do.
If it hasn't shipped yet, absolutely — send the order number as soon as you can and we'll sort it out. Once it's on its way we can't catch it, but you're welcome to send it back once it lands.
Not right now, much as we'd like to. Everything is made in small batches and sold as listed — sticking to the lineup is what keeps orders going out on time in a shop this size.
Not as a service, no. But if something showed up damaged or a stitch let go on you, that's ours to fix — send the form above with your order number and a photo or two and we'll take care of you.
